These are the service terms Vroom Express currently publishes. For anything not covered here, please call +65 6536 1800 before booking.
Service area
We provide local delivery services within Singapore only. We do not ship internationally.
Bookings and cut-off time
- Same-day: book by 11 AM, Monday to Friday. Later bookings go out the next business day.
- Urgent jobs after 11 AM: call +65 6536 1800 and we'll arrange an Express delivery if a rider is available.
- Same-night: book by 5 PM.
- Saturdays: collections run 9 AM to 12 noon. Please call to arrange a Saturday delivery.
- Van dispatch must be booked one day in advance.
- A request sent through this website is not a confirmed booking. We reply with the price and confirm the pickup, usually within 10 to 15 minutes during office hours. Nothing is dispatched until you agree.
Collection and delivery schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
- Sundays, public holidays and night deliveries are available subject to prior arrangement.
Weights and pricing
- Bike dispatch covers items up to 2 kg. For heavier items, tell us the weight and we'll confirm the price.
- Van dispatch covers items up to 25 kg.
- Prices depend on the speed you choose, the weight and size, and the delivery location, and are in Singapore dollars. Nights, Sundays and public holidays carry an after-hours surcharge.
Addresses and refunds
Please check that the sender and receiver details you give us are correct. Deliveries made to an incorrect address, including a receiver who no longer lives at the address given, are not refunded.
Payment
- We accept cash on delivery (COD) and PayNow.
- Corporate accounts may also pay by cheque or GIRO/bank transfer.
- Corporate accounts require at least 15 deliveries per month.
Insurance
Road movements are covered by AXA and NTUC insurance. If you are sending something high-value, please ask us about cover before you book.
