Vroom Express has been delivering documents and parcels across Singapore since 1999. This is how a one-motorcycle courier became the team banks, hospitals and law firms call when it can't be late.

One bike.
Then a lot more road.

1999

It started with one motorcycle.

One rider, one blue bike, and a simple promise: pick it up fast and get it there on time.

The years after

Banks, hospitals and law firms came calling.

Court filings. Cheques. Medical samples. Passports. The kind of delivery that cannot be late, and cannot go missing. Word spread from office to office.

Bikes, then vans

Too big for the bike? We added vans.

As the jobs grew, so did the fleet. Bikes kept the documents and small parcels moving; vans took the bulky and bulk loads, up to 25 kg a trip.

Cleared and certified

Trusted with government work.

Vroom Express became a GeBIZ-registered supplier with S4 clearance and earned bizSAFE Level 4. Road movements are covered by AXA and NTUC insurance.

Built in-house

Our own tracking system: D-Track.

Instead of buying off the shelf, Vroom built D-Track, its own rider and delivery tracking system. Once a rider is assigned, you can follow your delivery before and after pickup.

Today

A team of 36, island-wide.

Bike riders, van drivers, ops, finance, sales and customer service, all on permanent staff. From our base at Outram Road to every corner of the island.

How we work.

Every delivery is built around efficiency, accuracy and promptness. We guarantee our customers three things.

Speed: Same-day as standard, with Express windows of 2 or 3 hours by bike and 1 hour by van.
Security: Sensitive documents, cheques, passports and medical samples are handled with care, signed for on arrival, and we let you know when they get there.
Service: A real team on the phone, competitive rates from $8, and services that keep changing as our customers' needs change.
