How do I book a delivery?
Use the quote and booking form or call +65 6536 1800. We reply with the price and confirm the pickup, usually within 10 to 15 minutes. Nothing is dispatched until you agree.
How much does it cost?
By bike (up to 2 kg), same-day delivery is $8 within the CBD and $12 outside it. Faster deliveries and vans cost more: see all prices. You get the total before you confirm.
What is the cut-off time?
Book by 11 AM, Monday to Friday, for delivery the same day. Later bookings go out the next business day. Call us on +65 6536 1800 and we'll arrange an Express delivery if a rider is available.
Do you deliver at night or on weekends?
Yes. Book by 5 PM for a same-night delivery. Collections run 9 AM to 12 noon. Please call to arrange a Saturday delivery. Sundays, public holidays and nights are by prior arrangement, with an after-hours surcharge.
What's the difference between Same-Day and Express?
Same-Day arrives some time within the day. Express arrives within a set time: 2 or 3 hours by bike, or 1 hour by van.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once a rider is assigned, we send you a tracking link. You can see your rider on the way to collect, and follow the delivery until it arrives.
Do you deliver overseas?
No. We only deliver locally, anywhere in Singapore.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery or PayNow. Corporate accounts can also pay by cheque or GIRO/bank transfer.
What if the receiver has moved?
We can't refund deliveries sent to an incorrect address, so please confirm the receiver's current address before booking.
